Feature request: transparen menu and non-active window only

or, depending on where he lives, he could print out the patch, have it 
laminated, and swim.
other options include digging tunnels, teleporting, telepathy, smoke 
signals, morse code, calling him on the phone and reading the patch, 
and, of course, walking it over.
