Good morning,

Before filing a bug report I would like to make sure that I've found one.
I want my windows to receive focus when I move the cursor over them and I
want them to raise when receiving focus. I've activated "focus follows
mouse" and "Raise on focus" This works fine when I place the mouse over a
window but when I click on a window it does not raise. Therefore I've also
activated "Raise on click". Now the window raises when I click but no
longer when it receives focus if I place the cursor over it. Is this a
feature or a bug ?
