New session managere problems

Benny, 

You aksed me to test your new session manager, but I'm facing quite a
few problems with it. 

I've restart my sessio ntwice since yesterday and got problems each
time:

1) the first time, xfwm4 was started after MCS as it seems
2) the second time xfwm4 was not started at all, so I ended up w/out any
WM :)
