[LONG} Testing Xfce HEAD with Xinerama

I'd like to add that, if I set a bottom margin on screen 0 to avoid the
panel being hidden by maximized windows, the same margin is used on
screen 1. Predictable, but a little space is lost here too, since
maximized windows on screen 1 won't cover this area.
