To switch language, you need to set the LANGUAGE environment variable to
the wished one :
e.g. :
jf at palpatine:~$ LANGUAGE=fr_BE xfce4-menueditor
will launch the menueditor in French and
jf at palpatine:~$ LANGUAGE=C xfce4-menueditor
in English. If the language is not found, it's launched in English
