libxfce4util broken(was: Xffm creates bad files)

Problem fixed. Was caused by wrong gcc function attributes. I also changed the 
*_r functions to return gchar* instead of const gchar*, as edscott mentioned. 
So xffm can now safely use the libxfce4util functions again ;-)
