Is there a video player that has the option to stay always on the top ?

I just said that cvs has the option to put a window always on top. And I
also pointed to a window matching utility that would solve this now and
the taskbar problem as well.

Oh and xine does has an always on top mode.. It's in the prefs somewhere.
