autogen doesn't build in libxfce4uitl

Fresh checkout of xfce4/libxfce4util works fine for me, and btw. there has 
been no change on the m4 files for some time now. Maybe you are missing the 
gtkdoc m4 file or the pkgconfig one on your system? Whats the exact error message?
