support avenues and such

hi all-

i was talking to someone on #xfce, and he mentioned about the sf.net
project page for xfce. apparently, both the sf.net bug tracker and the
sf.net forums are pretty active. what's the point of having two forums,
two bugtrackers, etc.? i realise the sf.net stuff is left over from
when the project used to be hosted there, but doesn't it make sense to
anyone else to shut these down in favor of http://bugs.xfce.org/ and
http://xfce.lindesign.se/db/?

while i don't agree with this person's general rudeness about the
universe, i do agree that it's counter-productive to have several
somewhat-identical avenues of support. personally, it takes a good
chunk of my time to keep track of the mailing lists and the main bug
tracker, let alone the sf.net facilites... and then there's the actual
_coding_...
