anoncvs down?

hi all-
i've heard reports of people having issues with our anoncvs.  namely,
they're getting errors compiling xfce-utils, it claims all the
xfce-utils/xfce4-about/INFO* files are missing, and 'cvs update' isn't
restoring them.  i recall seeing them committed or somesuch while i was
away last week, and updating off authed-cvs works fine.  any ideas?
