Xfce 4.1 alpha release?

woohoo! i'm pretty happy with xfdesktop as it is now (i'm so happy, i
actually almost wouldn't mind a real feature-freeze at this point).

i think the APIs are in pretty good shape (at least the ones i'm
'responsible' for). i may want to tweak XfceFileChooser a little bit,
as there are a couple functions that (in hindsight) are pretty useless,
but i'm otherwise happy.

i'd like a little more work on the icon stuff, maybe, before an alpha
goes out. i think a few icons in my desktop menu disappeared after
jasper's icon work, and i haven't found the time to find them yet.

i'd also like to see the mcs manager work done (i believe benny said
yesterday his backend work was finished) just to make sure xfdesktop is
playing nicely multiscreen-wise.

otherwise, yeah, an alpha release sounds good. just not before next
week. i'm leaving town tomorrow early morning, and i won't be back till
saturday noonish (EST, of course). assuming benny has the mcs stuff
done (or at least testable) by the weekend, i can probably resolve all
my existing TODOs by monday.
