[xfwm4] Keyboard problem with CVS stable

Hello, 

with CVS stable (not with 4.0.5 release), there's a problem with
keyboard accelerators. If the last window of a workspace was a gtk2
application, then accelerators (e.g. to switch to another workspace)
doesn't work any more.

I have to move to another desktop with mouse or open a application
with the mouse to make shortcuts work.

To reproduce:

 1. Switch to an empty workspace.
 2. Open a gtk2 application (e.g. xfrun4)
 3. Close the window.
 4. Keyboard shortcuts don't work.
