Xresources for Xterm colors

Could be a FAQ, something like:

Q. Can I make the xfce terminal (xfterm4) look like ...

A.1 It's a script that calls the terminal defined in TERMCMD or xterm by
default.

A.2 Here's [link] an example of a nice ~/.Xresources file
