Yet another libxfcegui4 build problem

While I was building libxfcegui4 (fresh cvs 6:00 AM Texas time) make bailed out in libxfcegui4/xfce4-modules/mime-icons/mime_icons.c because XFCE_USER_THEMES_DIR was undefined. Looks like the path to constants.h and mime_icons.h is borked in mime_icons.c ... I changed the includes in mime_icons.c to read:

#include <xfce4-modules/headers/constants.h>
#include <xfce4-modules/headers/mime_icons.h>

and libxfcegui4 built correctly.

Thanks for the excellent work you guys are doing. All in all building xfce from cvs is a piece of cake.
