xfce menu panel plugin update

This looks really good.  One side benefit that I just noticed is that
I can click anywhere in the root window to get the menu to hide, unlike
the launcher menu.

The only comment I would make is that the menu slightly overlaps the
panel (by maybe two or three pixels) when it pops up.  At first I was
going to consider this a flaw, but I'm not sure now if I think it's
better the way it is or not.  So consider this just an observation,
in case anyone else has any preferences or opinions.

By the way, I checked it out in all four panel locations/orientations
with menus at either end of the panel, and it seemed to correctly
position the menu in all cases.  Good work!
