compile problems with xfrun

It is now defined exclusively in xfce4-modules for simplicity because
the RUN_DBH_FILE is shared across applications. You must recompile and
reinstall xfce4-modules to get the correct
$prefix/include/xfce4/xfce4-modules/constants.h file.
