xfdesktop menu cache

Nope, I did not take a look at that code, not including Xfce (I trust
Brian when he says it can't be made faster)

The "1 minute" is not just the menu parsing, it's the overall startup
time, between the time I log in and the time I can use the environment,
which means that the parsing is definitely a lot less than that.
