xfce panel & struts

Hi,

I'd like to notice that i've had some "unpleasanties" with 'struts'. In 4.0.x i was used to being able to resize windows under xfce panel ~5px using 'workspace margins', but now i'm unable to do it with CVS. Would be nice if 'maximize' was able to use 'workspace margins' OR 'struts' (some exrta option maby?).
