Bug #257... what do we do ?

Summing up:

Most xffm config file paths can be changed by editing a single file,
libs/constants.h. The only thing is that dbh files should be manually
moved so that histories and bookmark files are not lost. This small PITA
might inconvenience some users. Also, I see no difference in having a
cluttered $HOME with hidden files or a cluttered $HOME/.config with
non-hidden files.

Unless Olivier thinks it's worth while, I'm not really for it.
