xffm new look

Hi Edscott,

I noticed you removed the menu bar in xffm. It looks fairly odd now
because of all the wasted space at the top of the window because of the
multiple rows of icon bars.

I guess it would be better (usability and look wise) to keep just one
single row of icons (it has already been mentionned, but I don't see the
benefit of duplicating the panel in xffm...)

Moreover, I'm not sure either that using icons in the treeview headers
look very good. It looks a bit like a toy. I think the older simple text
titles looked simpler and somehow more professional, at least definitely
more explicit.

Well, It's just my thought on the the current UI design of xffm.
