Yes, please do.

You can get the po files (and some other files that can be translated)
from CVS like this:

 $ cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs at cvs.xfce.org:/cvsroot/xfce -z3 co translations

If you want to get the translations for the stable branch use this
instead:

 $ cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs at cvs.xfce.org:/cvsroot/xfce -z3 \
   co -r xfce_4_0 translations
