[REQUEST] Minimize Windows into Desktop Icons

I have tried ROX filer's pinboard.  Unfortunately, when you drag an icon
around, restore the window, and then re-minimize it, the icon "resets"
back to the corner of the screen.  This is a fatal problem.  I would
love to see Xfce4 bring back desktop icons the way Xfce3 handled them.
