They are mouse cursor themes in XFree86 4.3, you could get them
http://www.kde-look.org/index.php?xcontentmode=36 . I'm not sure howto
disable theme's, but you could try to add to ~/.Xdefaults file

xfce.org -> Download -> Binaries and contributed packages -> Fedora Core
