Spanish translation updates

Hey :)

What charset is that ? CHARSET is set invalid it says...

I placed UTF-8 for now :)
 
Also, is that HEAD or xfce_4_0 stuff ?

I just broke mixer translations in HEAD so you may want to check again
if they were from HEAD ;) (yup I'm evil)
