Settings Manager icons

Before compiling XFce from CVS, I've changed icons for settings manager.
I noticed that icons in Settings Manager dialog are scaled down.
Let me be more clear:

And my mock-up, with 48x48px icons:

Why not using 48x48 pixel icons? Scaling down makes them blured and so
nice.
