[PATCH] Panel grab focus from other apps when hiding/showing

Hello Jasper,
i sent you a patch for the panel.
Just a small fix for panel.c file that prevent panel from getting focus 
automatically when autohiding/showing.
It also fix the buggy behaviour for autohide (click on something to 
autohide).

Please apply 'cause i find the actual behaviour very annoying: for example i 
launch xterm and i start to write but it has no focus :-)
