history combo

I've been thinking :)

What about using a history combo box as "Command" field in the launcher
panel properties?

That could funcction as a wannabe-clipbard when adding similar 
launchers (with minor differences in command only).

I'd add the history and a default item of "xfce4-mixer" into the mixer
plugin, if we decide to use it. That would get rid of the "Use internal
mixer" checkbox ;)

If not, I'll skip the history part and just add the default to the combo
in the mixer.

*note to self* have to add a opendialog button too...
