KDE system tray support

Hi all,

Based on an idea from Benny a few months ago, I've now modified xfwm4 to
act as a proxy between KDE system tray protocol and Freedesktop system
tray standard protocol.

So far so good, it works flawlessly and a very small change has been
required in the systray widget. 

Should I backport that to the 4.0 branch? I think I should for the
following reasons:

- It's been asked so many times
- It's a fairly minor change in the Window manager,
- It requires no new translations
- AFAIK, noone else has done it before.
