an gnome_app_create_menus equivalent in libxfcegui4 ?

I asked on IRC, if it was a good idea to write an gnome_app_create_menus
equivalent
(http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/2.0/libgnomeui/libgnomeui-gnome-app-helper.html#gnome-app-create-menus)
in the libxfcegui4. Brian wasn't enthusiastic for it, saying that
creating a menu isn't such a hard thing. So what's your minds ?
