menu editor merged

I have remove the #ifdef DISABLE_CVS and #ifndef DISABLE_CVS, the undo
button and menu (i have no (good) idea to implemented it) and now edit
dialog and add dialog icon's browse button uses
preview_file_selection_dialog. I haven't my cvs account yet so brian can
you commit the patch (-p0 in xfce4/xfdesktop/menueditor) ?
