First day of the week

Hello,

for XFce you have to set the first day of the week twice, at least if
you use xfcalendar and the datetime plugin. That's not good in my
opinion.

My suggestion would be to remove this setting at all on systems, that
provide this information by nl_langinfo:

        (int)(nl_langinfo(_NL_TIME_FIRST_WEEKDAY))[0];

returns the first weekday, 1 = Monday and 7 = Sunday of the current
locale.

What do others think? What systems provide this information?
