xffm still creates xffmrc.xml on exit

Hi! Edscott,

I am testing xfce-4.0.3.1 and I found that xffm is 
still creating the file ~/.xfce4/xffm/xffmrc.xml.
I think this file is not being used for configuring
xffm as configuration is done through 
~/.xfce4/settings/xffm.xml.
IMHO xffm should not create this file on exit.
