bugzilla guided form simplification

hi all,

i'm trying to make the guided "new bug" form shorter.  i just removed 
the hardware platform and OS fields, since they can be autodetected 
pretty reliably.  i also removed the URL field, since it's not all that 
useful (and users can put a URL in the "additional information" box 
anyway).  i added a listbox to select the correct version (which i found 
odd that it was lacking before).

i'm thinking about axing all of "step 1" and replacing it with a short, 
3-5 line list of links to places to search first.  opinions?  any other 
thoughts to make it simpler without losing any possibly-useful info in 
the initial report?
