bz2 is your friend

hi all,

i hope no one minds, but i went ahead and added a dist-bz2 and
distcheck-bz2 target to all the modules in CVS.  it would be a nice
bandwidth-saving measure to use bz2 instead of gz from now on, or to at
least provide both.  the targets run dist(check) first which generates
the tar.gz as well, so there's nothing extra to do; just run
'make dist-bz2' or 'make distcheck-bz2' instead.

i didn't run autogen on any of them because 1) i'm lazy, 2) i don't have
the blessed autotools installed.  i figure everyone's gonna have to
bump the version number for final and do it anyway, so i can get away
with it this time ^_~.
