[RELEASE] 4.2RC3 ready

Hello everybody,

It wasn't a smooth release this time, but its done. Sources are 
uploaded, Installers are ready, Fedora/RH RPMs are ready and Debian 
packages are available.

The website is currently being updated, and once that's done, we can 
officially announce Xfce 4.2RC3.

Francois, please send a short notice when the website is done.

Olivier, please remember to update freshmeat and gnomefiles.

I'll write the usual announcement for OSnews later.

We continue to delay Slashdot announcements until 4.2final, right?
