[RELEASE] 4.2RC3 tagged

Hello everybody,

Xfce 4.2RC3 has been tagged in CVS (the tag name is xfce_4_2_rc3) and 
source tarballs have been uploaded to espresso. They are available from

  http://www.xfce.org/archive/xfce-4.1.99.3/

as soon as the mirror is synced.

As mentioned in the release plan already, the official announcement will 
happen tomorrow at around 20:00h CET, so packagers have time to create 
the binary packages and mirrors can sync the new release.

Attached is an updated NEWS file for 4.2RC3. It would be nice if a 
native english speaker could transform that into the usual changelog for 
the website.
