Icon problem

I saw this with RC 1, with the Slackware tgz I built for my own use. I
recall it being a problem with how I built the packages - maybe some
package building logic has been broken by 4.2?

I think I may have the broken package about, I'll see if I can
remember what I at least did to cause this.
