to devs, xfce-4.2 RC2 is now available

i've put up a tentative mirror at:

http://spuriousinterrupt.org/projects/xfce4/files/mirror/xfce-4.1.99.2/src/

that's the individual tarballs only.  i have a good 20-25 GB/mo to 
spare, but if it ends up pushing that, i'll probably end up taking it down.
