xfce4-icon-theme package dupe

i installed the xfce4-icon-theme package, and it installs Rodent to both 
$datadir/icons/Rodent and $datadir/icons/Rodent-svg.  the two dirs 
appear to be identical, and, at any rate, there's no need for a separate 
svg theme, as XfceIconTheme, GtkIconTheme,  and gtk's stock icon system 
will use the better svg icons if support is available.
