terminal and panel's mcs plugins race condition

Hello Jasper,

i've experienced a race condition caused by MCS Settings Manager when
using terminal and panel mcs plugins.

The channel used by panel is "xfce4" and terminal's one is
"xfce4-terminal". If you take a look to panel.xml and terminal.xml
you will find the same things... That's truly odd!!!

The panel stops responding to MCS settings change when this happens.
I've changed terminal channel in "terminal" (settings/settings.h) and i
think you should change panel's one into "panel" or something similar
:-)

Quit xfce, delete or fix panel.xml and terminal.xml, restart and it is
all ok :-)
