4.1.x release

Hi all,

I'm a bit late with the release on 4.1.x (bug hunting in xfwm4, system
crash last week, etc.), so it would be great if every package maintainer
could just check that all files get properly included when performing a
"make dist" (as that's one of the main cause of packaging problem I
usually find, with "make rpm" too)
