Can't compile xffm

The missing file (constants.h) is installed by libxfcegui4. It should be
at $prefix/include/xfce4/xfce4-modules/constants.h. This is probably not
the problem, so maybe there's a problem in recent.c, which is implicitly
including the file. I've changed that so the include is explicit. Please
check current CVS and see if the problem is gone.
