xfdesktop new stuff - needs testing

ok, fixed. i didn't have an aqua theme with a bg pixmap to test, but
smokey-blue appears to have a bg pixmap, and it didn't override
xfdesktop's pixmap, so it should be ok. i also fixed the problem where
xfdesktop flashes a grey screen on startup.
