Window move information

Hello,

This goes along with the window resize information patch that Josh
Blanton just submitted.  I figure that if the window is going to display
position information then maybe it ought to show while the window is
being moved as well?  Just a thought, I've put up a patch (against CVS
head, I didn't check against 4.0.5) if you're interested.
