access to bug tracker? (was: xfce 4.0.5?)

The documentation page xfwm4.html specifically says to post suggestions to this 
list or the bug tracker on the project's SourceForge page, although there none 
seems available:
"Public Areas	
	
  Project Home Page
Tracker
There are no public trackers available"

So is it open only to developers or just located at some other address?
