panel item prefs window resizing

hey all-
what's with the lack of resize-smartness with panel options dialogs?
for example:
normal: 
http://kelnos.homelinux.org/xfce4/images/testing/panel-launcher-opts-normal.png
stretched: 
http://kelnos.homelinux.org/xfce4/images/testing/panel-launcher-opts-stretched.png

looks rather ugly, no?

also note the cut-off text in the banner at the top =(.
