Fw: xfce4-panel

When I start x today my panel wasn't where it's supposed to be. There was no panel att all.
I start the panel manually using "xfce4-panel" the panel was very tiny and a width of 2cm with no icons or launchers.

I tried to readd all my icons and launchers that had disappear.
the output of that is:

maybe one should go back to rc4
