Maybe OT: What's that "Infobar" so Many People Have?

Sorry if this is off topic, but I noticed in many of
XFCE4 screenshots, such as

, that there's this bar people have that show system
usage and such (on the far right in that particular
screeny). Could someone tell me what it's called and
maybe where I could get it?
