How upgrade RC3->RC4

	When did the new lists get started?  I have only known about the three
lists; xfce, xfce-dev & xfce4-dev.  I recently ran across someone
mentioning an xfce-goodies list (or something like that).  Shouldn't all
of this be submitted to the main xfce list as well?
