How upgrade RC3->RC4

No, there was no explicit announcement.  There was a thread by Olivier
that talked about a release on Monday.  Then, this morning someone
mentioned it.  That's when I went and downloaded it.

Of course, I don't really see any difference, but then, I never saw any
of those bugs!  :)  The fact I run near pure Rawhide also makes crashes,
bugs, &c. way too numerous on my boxen anyway.
